Dr Sylwia Bukowczan graduated with her MD from the Jagiellonian University Medical College in 2001. In 2009 she completed her specialization in neurology at the University Hospital, Neurology Clinic, in Krakow, Poland. In 2011 she obtained her PhD also from the Jagiellonian University Hospital. She has worked as physician in the University Hospital Neurology Clinic, as well as the Department of Neurology at the Mater Misercordiae University Hospital in Dublin, Ireland, and at the Department of Neurology at the Regional Hospital Gawlik, in Sucha Beskidzka. She has also participated in the national NFZ programs for treatment of patients suffering from multiple sclerosis, Bell’s palsy, and dystonia.
